Space Reservation Guidelines
Please Read Before You Book
1. Reservation Confirmation
Submitting a booking request is the first step. Your reservation will be confirmed only after you receive a follow-up email from us to ensure there are no scheduling conflicts.
2. Payment
Once confirmed, we will send you an invoice. Payment is due upon receipt to secure your booking.
3. Cancellations
Cancellations made 7 or more days in advance of the booking date are eligible for a full refund.
Unfortunately, cancellations made less than 7 days in advance are non-refundable.
4. Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 3 days in advance. We will gladly accommodate your request when availability allows.
5. Care for the Space
Please use only the areas and amenities included in your booking. We ask that you leave the space clean and in the same condition in which you found it. Damages or excessive cleaning needs may incur additional charges.
6. Time Management
Please respect your booking time. Additional time beyond your reservation will be billed at our standard hourly rate.
7. Restrictions
Smoking, vaping, and illegal activities are not permitted. We also request that noise levels remain considerate of our neighbors.
8. Responsibility
You are responsible for the conduct of your guests, as well as any personal belongings during your rental period.
